At the time of the sale, the client confirms having read and agreed to the following terms and conditions of sale.



The current sales terms and conditions are to protect the rights and obligations of the parties in the case of electronic sale of goods offered by Kilim Déco within the present e-commerce boutique.

Photographs illustrating the products for sale on the site do not enter into the contract terms. Should errors or changes result with the use of these photos, Kilim Déco declines all responsibility and cannot be held responsible.



Order processing

The order is received within the delays noted on the website and in any case at the very latest in the 30 days following order confirmation, on the condition that the product is indeed in stock, or with further agreement to delays between parties.

Order confirmation

Contract termination will occur once the order is confirmed by Kilim Déco.
The client will receive via e-mail confirming the order with all the contracting elements (product ordered, price, shipping....)
Kilim Déco reserves the right to not confirm an order for any such reason, notably in the case of items out of stock, or a problem with the received order.

Offer duration

The sales offers on this website are valid as long as the products are shown online and while stocks last.


Full payment is due at the time of order.

The client is bound to pay in full: the listed price for the item ordered on the website. (price of the products as well as shipping), as well as in cases where applicable shipping costs, customs costs, VAT taxes or other import taxes due in the delivered countries.

The client may pay the order by:

- by bank card which is proposed on the website.
- The client guarantees to Kilim Déco that the he/she is authorized to use such payment methods at the time of purchase.
- either by check to the order of Kilim Déco
- Should the check not be received by Kilim Déco within 10 days of order confirmation, or in case of non-payment by the issuing bank, Kilim Déco reserves the right to cancel the order.


Right to retract

The client has up to 7 working days from the delivery date to return the item at his/her expense, for an exchange or reimbursement of the products that are not acceptable under the article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code.

The product must be returned in the original packaging. It must not have been used nor been deteriorated and returned in perfect condition.

This right to retract is not without penalties. Upon receipt of the returned item, the client will be reimbursed in full. It is the clients' responsibility to communicate bank information to Kilim Déco for this transaction.

Electronic signature

The ‘click to confirm your order ‘ constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature, between the two parties, holds the same value as a written signature.



All electronic transaction information stored by Kilim Déco, with reasonable security measures, will be considered as proof of communication for the order and payment between both parties.

Intellectual property

Kilim Déco holds all intellectual property rights on the website and the right to diffuse elements on the webstie in the electronic boutique catalogue, notably the photographs for those which specific authorization was necessary (photos : private property of the Hotel Hilton Evian)

The reproduction, total or partial, of any of the elements within the online catalogue, their use and forwarding to third parties is formally forbidden.

All site contents (text, articles...) are the exclusive property of the authors and may not be reproduced nor exploited without permission from Kilim Déco.


Entirety of the contract

The present sales terms and conditions express the entirety of both parties' obligations. No other sales condition provided by the client may enter in conflict with the present sales terms and conditions.
